"Prevailing Wages for Maintenance, Repairs & Service Contracts"
Please join us…This 2-hour Mini-Seminar! We are in a compliance era of intense scrutiny. What are the requirements of Prevailing Wage to ensure compliance when contracting with a Government entity or a government Prime Contractor: Learn which contract clauses must be included in contracts and subcontracts. Understand your obligations as a Government and/or Commercial Contractor. This 2 -hour mini-seminar will cover the areas needed to satisfy an increased compliance program, such as Ethics, Billing Practices, Recordkeeping Requirements and Time Sheets, Small Business Subcontracting, etc. Attendance certificates with 2.0 hours of training credit will be provided.
