"Transformational Change and How an
Individual Can Position Themselves To Succeed in a Transforming Environment"
Puget Sound Chapter NCMA
Wednesday, May 5, 2004 6:00-8:00 PM
Transformational Change; How it Really Works
And How Individuals can Position Themselves as Winners in a Transforming World!
Please join us as we enjoy appetizers and sample 4 Washington boutique wines
from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM followed by a one-hour presentation from Tobin Smith on
the topic of Transformational Change! Successful companies, and players within
those companies anticipate transformational change. If you understand the
transformational change syndrome, you win. You win because the better you help
your customer manage the truly transformational change they deal with, the more
you increase your value to them. Tranformational Change is blinding for most-if
you can see while other can't, you'll survive and thrive. Mr. Smith's
presentation is about creating your own night vision goggles during the blackout
that is transformational change, and learning how to ignore the rest of the hype
that wastes most people's precious time. A handout will be provided for
Continuing Education credits.

About The Tasting Room
The Tasting Room is Washington State's first cooperative wine tasting cellar and
features some of Washington's hardest to find wines. Their grand opening was
November 2002. The ambience is like a European style wine 'cave' in the historic
Market building. It is very suitable for an event such as ours and this event is
limited to 60 guests/members. Located just a few steps across from the Pink Door
Restaurant and right next to Kell's Irish Restaurant and Pub and across the
street from Sur La Table. Parking is available on the street or in the Pike
Place Market parking lot on 1531 Western Avenue.
