Puget Sound Chapter NCMA Wednesday, April 2, 2008 1:30-4:00 PM Check-In, Networking and 2.0-Hours Mini-Seminar U.S. General Service Administration Northwest/Arctic Region Office
"Seven Practices of Highly Effective Contracts Organizations"
Please join us….What constitutes an effective organization, a highly effective organization … even, a highly effective contracts organization? We all wish we worked in that place. The elements of highly effective come from years of observing and trying different models—often failing. I would like us to discuss those elements that make our contracts organizations not only serve our companies/agencies well but are also enjoyable to work in. We’ll probably groan a few times since none of us work in a perfect world. But, perhaps we can influence some small area of change and leave a legacy of “effectiveness” for those who come behind.
Attendance certificates with 2.0 hours of training credit will be provided.
