Responsibilities: Leads the negotiation, award and management of large, complex contracts and strategic programs. Serves in a customer focused leadership role as both the primary point of contact for post sales-support and contractual liaison. Works in partnership with the sales team to coordinate customer needs, concerns, and priorities internally and to ensure that potential issues are handled proactively. Supports the proposals process and has responsibility for negotiating price, delivery, technical baseline, and terms/conditions. During new product development, supports coordination and issue resolution as well as ensuring that all contractual provisions have been met. Plays a leadership role in establishing teams, aligning priorities to customer needs, and communicating vision to internal stakeholders. Trains and gives work direction to other Contract Administrators and Customer Services Administrators.
Essential Duties: · Develops and manages customer relationships · Presents information to Sr. Staff and Sales on a regular basis regarding the health of the customer relationships · Understands and ensure compliance with US export regulations · Negotiates pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to mitigate risk and increase profitability · Coordinates cross functional teams to meet critical customer objectives · Works with product teams and senior management to communicate customer priorities and importance of strategic customers/programs · Ensures contract compliance and effective change control management · Positions terms negotiations to be viewed as contribution to mitigate risk and increase profit for Korry · Ensures contract compliance throughout the company
Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in addition to 5 plus years relevant work experience in the aerospace, defense, or other manufacturing industries. A verifiable record of leadership and accomplishments is critical in this role. Qualified Candidates Only please send resume to
