We have an exciting career opportunity for a Contracts Administrator who will support proposals, track orders, and administer contracts, purchase orders and other contractual documents.
Responsibilities · Partner with company-wide staff at all levels to insure contract compliance across all functional areas. · Ensure compliance with company-wide contracts policies, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements. · Conduct contractual assessments and risk mitigation for on-going and new contracts. · Provide accurate interpretation of contract terms and conditions. · Review, negotiate, and approve contractual terms and conditions.
Minimum Requirements · Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Contract Administration, or Paralegal Studies. · Knowledge and experience with DFAR, FAR, UCC. · 5+ years experience with contract negotiation and commercial contracting. · Experience in the electronics industry or other highly technical manufacturing environment. · Demonstrated ability to achieve deal closures with customers on mutually agreeable terms. · Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. · Professional written/verbal communication skills. · Excellent time management and organizational skills. · Proficient with MS Office Suite. · U.S. export compliance familiarity preferred.
